Miraj has a busy MIDC, workshops along the city roads, and a long tradition of skilled hand-made work. What it has not had is a nearby place to get a plastic part designed, printed or moulded without sending it to Pune, Kolhapur or further.
AURO3D’s factory is on Kupwad MIDC Road, Sangli, between Sangli and Miraj. We run 12 FDM 3D printers, 2 resin printers and a 250-tonne Haitian injection moulding press in the same building. You can bring a sample over, talk to the engineer who will make it, and decide the next step the same day.
What Miraj customers can get made

Why use a factory this close to Miraj
- Bring the part, not a description of it. Fit and finish are easier to agree with the part in hand. Bring the worn part, a mating part if you have one, and any drawing.
- Free pickup. Collect from our factory instead of waiting for a courier.
- One place from prototype to production. If a printed part works and you need it in volume, the moulding press is in the same factory, so you do not have to start again with a new supplier.
- Talk to the engineer. The person you explain the problem to is the person who prints or moulds the part.
How ordering works
- Send the file or bring the part. STL or STEP is best; a drawing, photo with dimensions or a physical sample also works.
- Get a quote. You receive a written quote with material, quantity and price, GST shown separately at 18%. Quotes are valid for 7 days.
- Confirm with 50% advance. The balance is paid before dispatch or pickup.
- Collect or receive. Pick up free from our factory, or ask for delivery to Miraj.
